After I saw the videos on youtube of Kagan Cooperative Learning i can say that if we want to improve our teaching process,Kagan structures will help a lot.Firstly using Kagan structures in an English class can show better the differences between a traditional English lesson to an English lesson using these structures.Secondly students can interact,cooperate,communicate and work with each other..So it means that everyone is engaged in the learning procces and everyone can give their opinions.I think that these structures are great because there are versatile and can be adapted for any level,content and situation.The students learn by working cooperatively in groups and by sharing their work with one another...To end it up if we want to change a little bit the traditional way of teaching the change starts from us ,the future teachers of english..Everyone can give their contribution in bringing something different and new...So lets start..!.

    I totally agree with you Manjola.It is really important for students to learn through cooperating with each-other.In this way they learn how to take responsibilities in a group work and how to build the information themselves

    That's why I find Kagan structures as a way of improving the learning process.. By using this structures students well be more confident and will love school.

    Hi Manjola,a picture worth one thousand words!Actually,it is an interesting idea.Working in group and sharing ideas to each other help pupils to understand the lesson,not only the lesson but the value of working in group.

Hello everyone ? How are you doing? This week we had to write the steps that we followed during our presentation and the technological tools we used.I think that the most important thing during a lesson is to introduce the objectives .It is very important that the objectives must be clear to the students so they would know the goals of the lesson.As i have mentioned before I had to teach antonyms that is an important part of english vocabulary.By using technological tools i think that it could be taught better and the students will memorize a lot from the topic.I used the powerpoint presentation during my project,Animoto to introduce the video as well as the blacboard to give definitions.If we want to learn our students by having fun I think that technology would be the appropriate tool..
